Dwell

Dwell is a new, third housing option. It's more flexible and accessible than buying, and unlike renting, it builds your wealth. The project involved leading the creation of Dwell's visual identity, including illustration and web design.

As an early-stage startup, Dwell had no plans or photography of its future homes. That created a unique dilemma: how do you articulate a vision without over-promising specific architectural features? Letting curiosity drive the creative process led to an unexpected artistic direction. What began as a practical answer to a lack of assets became a cosy, honest and highly approachable brand identity, with watercolour illustration as its focal point. Completed in collaboration with Uncommon Design Group.
