In 2018 I rebranded The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission…it was an amazing opportunity to represent the diversity of humanity through design.

Six brand directions were created based on new research (we interviewed 16 young minorities) and various levers like inclusivity, politicality, creativity and energy.

Everything was collaborative – working with the client every step of the way. We started with a wall of references ranging from inoffensive to extremely provocative and said “how far are you willing to go?”

We designed a new website from the ground up, with new information architecture, copywriting and the new brand. We co-designed this with real users in one-on-one, 2 hour sessions.
